My Weight Loss Journey with Christ!

Well, I was getting discouraged because my weight was going up and down so much. It was sooooo frustrating so I quit weighing in for awhile...deciding to do it just once a month. I was very pleased to learn yesterday that not only had I lost 4 pounds in the months of January and February but I have also lost 3.75 inches. HOW EXCITING! I am learning to lean on God as I go through this weight loss journey. I know that on my own I can do nothing. But....God is the one that provides new life. I knew I was new in Christ but just now have realized that this includes every part of me. I can't just surrender one part of me but not the other. My weight loss in included. In surrendering this to God, He has given me the grace needed to endure. It is by His transformation in me that I have been able to lose these pounds and inches. Be blessed!
